Having a consistent way to bring in data is a problem for almost every company. Source was built to be the way for Royall & Company do just that for all of their clients. Designed to allow custom mappings, automated file intake, and one-off file intake for special situations.

To make this product I had to learn about the entire data intake process, it's users, and what the different things they are accomplishing with the data. I was able to talk to users, create persona and journey maps, share wireframes, and even do a head-to-head usability test with another designer.
